He is house-trained and just loves companionship! Bud's foster mom says he is the best little dog - loud noises don't bother him at all and he is so laid back! His family hated to part with him but knew that Safe Haven would be sure to find the perfect forever home for him! If you are looking for a seet little four-legged friend, look no further!
