Meet Willow, a 5 month old sweetheart who is ready to leave her past behind and settle into a life of stability and love. Willow originally came from a home with several other dogs where, unfortunately, her individual needs could no longer be met. Despite the many transitions she has faced in her short life, this resilient girl has maintained a sweet, smart, and eager-to-please personality. She was recently cared for by a kind young woman who suspected Willow might be a mix of Pit Bull and Great Pyrenees; however, Willow's parents were never actually seen. At around 5 months old, Willow is a petite (just over 16lbs) and slender little gal, leading us to believe she likely won’t grow into a super large breed dog, making her a wonderful size for all sorts of adventures.

Now that she has experienced so much change, Willow is looking for a forever home that can provide the structure and routine she craves. She is at the perfect age to dive into puppy training, and she’s looking for a family committed to teaching her the basics and helping her navigate the world with confidence. Willow is a bright light who has already shown she can flourish in the right environment; she just needs a dedicated partner to help her reach her full potential. Willow has been brought up-to-date on her age appropriate vaccinations, but is awaiting spay surgery. This will take place within the next couple of weeks, so we are estimating her to be ready for adoption by 3/27/26.
