Description:
Created from paper files only because the dog was assigned an interal control number. Notes in file say that she was transported to the emergency vet office by 'Ben Schafer' after the dogs were found shut in a room for a couple of weeks without food or water at 209 Prospct St. NE Blairstown. There was a second dog(Shorty) that died on the way to the vet office. Notes on the adoptions paperwork say that Precious and Shorty were rescued from Blairstown & taken directly to EIVSC. Shorty died en route- Precious stayed there a few days and then went to Tiffin Vet where she was adopted by Danielle (vet tech). Never at SHIC. I did not find any record of a microchip number |
