Buster is an absolutely gorgeous German Shorthair Pointer - all Chocolate -and only 10 months old!  His family just couldn't keep up with all that is required raising a puppy, and this breed is known for having lots of "puppy energy"  - so if you can provide him with the physical and mental stimulation that this breed requires, we are just sure he will be your faithful companion for years and years to come!  Buster will require consistent exercise to be a happy member or his new family....so if you like to jog or hike, Buster may be just the partner for you. 

He has lived with another dog in the past and did just fine, but has been known to chase a cat if provoked - so he may do best in a home without any cats just to be safe. 

Buster currently is pretty thin, and we are working at putting some weight on him by adding an extra meal in the middle of the day  - but it is difficult to put weight on a dog that just wants to run and play all day long.   Hopefully once he is settled in his new forever home, he will be able to reach a more ideal weight.
