Frank is front declawed. 2017 Update: Frank was adopted in 2015 but returned in October 2017 because his home situation changed. Shadow and Frank were relinquished to Safe Haven as a family member became allergic to cats. They have only been with us a few days, and Frank is nervous about all this moving. We hope as time goes on, he will feel like leaving his hiding place. Update: Frank will now greet visitors if you sit quietly in a chair or on the floor and open his curtain, so he can see he has visitors.
