Eevee is not currently up for adoption at our shelter - instead we are helping her owner, Danielle, by listing her as a Courtesy Listing in hopes we can help her find someone that will welcome Eevee into their home! Danielle's contact info is down below for anyone potentially interested.... "Eevee is a 2-year-old Shiba Inu with a gentle, independent spirit and a heart full of sweetness. She loves people and enjoys their company, but true to her Shiba nature, she also values her independence. If given the choice between sitting next to someone or curling up in a cozy, warm blanket, Eevee will happily choose the blanket. Eevee gets along well with other dogs and does great with children. She loves to run and would thrive in a home with plenty of space where she can stretch her legs and burn off energy. She has shown interest in cats without any signs of aggression, though she hasn’t had prolonged exposure to them yet. She can be a bit timid around men with beards, but with patience and calm interactions, she warms up. Overall, Eevee is a very sweet, well-mannered dog who would make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates her active yet laid-back personality"
