"Meet Scout! Scout is a sweet, three-year-old Havanese/Pomeranian mix who is looking for his forever home due to his family relocating. He has been deeply loved his entire life and it truly shows in his loyal and affectionate personality. Scout is fully up to date on vaccinations, chipped, and is neutered. He does well with cats and would thrive in a calm home environment. While Scout is fearful of other dogs, he does best as the center of attention or with slow, thoughtful introductions if needed. He requires regular groomings and endless snuggles. Scout does well with children who are old enough to understand gentle and respectful interactions, as he doesn’t enjoy rough handling such as poking or pulling. He struggles with anxiety and will need a patient, understanding adopter who is willing to continue working with him on potty training and kennel training (if desired). In return, Scout offers endless love, devotion, and companionship. He’s a spoiled boy, and rightfully so, who bonds deeply with his people and is ready to give his whole heart to the right family."
