Description:
Meet Jax! This cute little fella was recently surrendered to Safe Haven with his canine brother Oakley. These two were surrendered due to their owners needing to continue care for young grandkids, which unforunately Jax was not a fan of. After trying to coexist under the same roof, their owners knew both of these sweet boys deserved home(s) where they could continue living their best lives without worry of young children. Jax is a very loving independent boy who enjoys having his own space. Jax was apart of two bite incidents with a toddler-aged grandchild in the home, both of which needed medical attention. These incidents happened unsupervised so it is unknown whether the incident was provoked or not. After further discussion and very tough decesions were needing to be made, it was decided that Jax needs a forever home without young children (no children under the age of ten). Jax is a smart boy who knows basic commands. He has also been trained to ring a bell at the door when he needs to go outside. Jax is all up-to-date on his vet work & vaccinations - which means he is ready to begin his search for his new forever home! If you are interested in meeting Jax, please complete an online adoption application. Please do keep in mind, small dogs tend to receive lots of applicants - many adopters are looking for small dogs. With this being said, please allow our application processing volunteer time to carefully process these applications. This time allowance is vital in ensuring we are able to find Jax the best most suitable forever home. Once the adoption application is processed, a volunteer will be in contact to discuss the next steps. The online adoption application can be found & completed on our website at www.wesavepets.com. |
