Safe Haven of Iowa County

Pippers is a work in progress, and will continue as such for any adopters. She came to us frightened of everything. Some time in foster brought her a bit out of her shell, but she is still by no means a fan of noise, commotion or most people. 

For now Pippers would make an excellent "spirit cat" who will inhabit and bring life to your house, with occasional moments of attention. But with time and patience she can most likely become much more. Plus, look how gorgeous she is!
