* Tippy is one of several dogs we received recently from a family in Missouri that could no longer provide care for their small "pack". Tippy can be a little shy at first, but warms up quicky and is then full of energy! When he slows down he can be very loving, and is such a great pup. He certainly seems to have a lot of potential and appears to be carrying some of those extra intelligence genes we expect in Border Collies. We think he may be crossed with a Lab; but of course these are all just breed guesses on our part. A new family willing to work with Tippy more on some obedience training will be just what it takes to make Tippy a very special dog. We think he would LOVE to have a nice big fenced in yard to run and play in, and he may even have what it takes to enjoy some of the dog sports like Fly Ball :) If you are interested in adopting Tippy please click on the (adoption information) above under the status line and then choose the online application to apply.
