Description:
Molly is a fun lively little dog who does well with children and would probably do best with a young or active family. She is so quick in all her movements that she is totally charming. When she is walks she moves along on her leash with those short little legs so fast that she looks like a wooly-worm scooting over the ground. She is quick to stand up on her hind feet with her little front feet in the air showing how athletic she is. To me she looks like a small Shih Tzu but the relinquishing family tells us she is a Yorkie. The family was forced to relinquish her when grandma had to go to the nursing home, since the rest of the family already had maxed out their own pet populations. She is a healthy little dog without any 'cons' that I can identify when I list the pros and cons. She is quite young at only 3 1/2 years and can be a pet for a number of years for a family looking for a playful and charming little dog.
