Our pretty Posie is 11 months old. This young lady is a dilute tortoiseshell with gray and peach coloring. When Posie arrived at Safe Haven, we put her in with kitties who were a similar age. Posie loudly informed us of our mistake. She did not like those kitties. When we tried Posie with Tuxie, Posie was alright with that arrangement, but Tuxie was not. Next we moved Posie in with Ziggy and Gidget, two of our longtime, older residents. She likes this pair just fine. So Posie would be a great younger companion to an older, calm cat.
Posie is very playful and friendly. She's pretty sure that everyone who comes in to pet her is going to adopt her, but she keeps getting passed up. We are hoping that our new discovery about this pretty girl will help her family. What is this new discovery? Posie loves dogs. When a dog comes to her haven, Posie's tail turns into a bottle brush of excitement, not fear.
